Import from Flomo
Use the Flomo import when your daily memos, fragments, and short reflections are stored in Flomo.
Import Model
- Flomo import expects the ZIP package exported by Flomo.
- The import is a one-time snapshot. Later changes in Flomo are not automatically synced.
- The original export structure helps Second Me understand how to parse the package.
The product window handles the upload step. Keep the exported package intact before uploading it.
What to Import
Flomo is usually high-signal for Second Me because memos often capture opinions, preferences, small decisions, and everyday observations.
Good Flomo candidates include:
- Long-term memos you still identify with.
- Reflections, ideas, and observations that explain how you think.
- Notes that provide personal context rather than temporary reminders.
Consider cleaning up purely operational reminders or low-value drafts before exporting if you do not want them to influence Second Me.
What to Expect
- Supported memos are converted into lightweight materials.
- Creation time may be used when it is available in the export.
- Duplicate detection may skip content that has already been imported.
Notes
- Keep the original ZIP structure unchanged.
- The ZIP package is subject to the upload limit shown in the product.
- Large exports may take a few minutes to process.
- If the export is too large or too noisy, split it into smaller batches or curate the content before import.
